We currently ship to all major pincodes across India. If your location is unserviceable by our courier partners, we will notify you and attempt to find an alternative solution or cancel the order.

2. Free All-India Shipping

We proudly offer 100% Free Shipping on all orders across India. There are absolutely zero delivery charges, handling fees, or state-wise shipping costs. The price you see is the exact and only amount you pay upon doorstep delivery.

3. Delivery Timeframes

• Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
• Transit Time: Standard delivery usually takes 5-7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities may experience faster delivery (3-5 days).

Note: Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, strikes, or remote locations.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message via SMS or WhatsApp with your tracking ID and a link to track your shipment.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery. Please ensure that someone is available at the provided shipping address to receive the package and make the cash payment. Please keep the exact change ready for a smooth delivery process.

6. Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery (e.g., package marked as delivered but not received, or damaged package), please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date.
